EvidenceNOW is a national AHRQ grant initiative dedicated to helping small & medium-sized primary care practices use the latest evidence to improve the heart health of millions of Americans. We also hope to understand what type of supports help primary care practices by studying how best to deliver new patient-centered outcomes research to primary care practices and how to assist practices in using the research to deliver care to their patients.

As a primary care practice participating in EvidenceNOW, you have the unique opportunity to participate in a collaborative learning community with your peers from around the state.
Learn about the implementation of EvidenceNOW at the state and national level; find out how EvidenceNOW aligns with the implementation of other initiatives; and share best practices and lessons learned with staff and providers from other clinics in the initiative.
Practices are encouraged to attend at least two of these workshops, but are welcome to attend as many workshops as they wish. There is no cap on the number of participants a clinic can send.
Registration for Peer Learning Workshops is free for practices participating in EvidenceNOW! Lodging, meals, and reimbursement for travel are provided.
